Can be used at home but appropriate sterility should be maintained for treatment. It will create micro channels in your upper layer of skin ( epidermis ) which may be foci of infection . Do use gloves , use lil amount of spirit or betadine to cleanse the area and one can use it for hair and skin. Depending upon the effect required length of tje needle can be chosen.
