Hello. Is this a recent change in behaviour? Has there been a stress? From what you have written, it seems that this lady has symptoms of depression possibly due to some incident that happened. It is very important that she talks to someone about what has happened.

Loss of interest, decreased concentration and attention, feeling low and disturbed sleep or appetite are some of the signs of depression. Consult a psychiatrist who will assess her in detail. If you she is feeling suicidal or hopeless, seek professional help immediately. Let her Try some relaxation techniques like yoga, meditation and deep breathing. Encourage her to Indulge in hobbies and Spend time with people close to you.

Hi I can understand her emotional disturbance, Is it that she was sensitive and moody from childhood, or due to some experience her behaviour changed. I think something is bothering her, may be she is scared / lacks confidence to share it to anybody. because she is crying all time may be she is feeling of helpless and feeling low. I know she need a trustable person to speak. Please visit to counsellor / psychologist near her area, try to share the feelings, I am sure she can feel better and handle herself with confidently. take care stay positive.
