Doesn't look like hypothyroidism , but still can get your thyroid profile and vit b12 profile done. You need a psychologist for help.

See a psychiatrist. He will get your thyroid tests done and also evaluate you for depression

Hello....depression could be psychological or due to hypothyroidism......  blood tests are often ordered to avoid a misdiagnosis. It is important to note that you can have both depression and thyroid conditions both at the same time. So only way is to get thyroid profile test done ...elevated TSH level confirm hypothyroidism ..
