asked:  My mom is around 50 and she is stiffening from depression, hypertension and filled with negative thoughts. She is having concerns regarding food every now and then. Feels like she has forgotten how to make food. Feels depends on my aunt and can't do anything of my aunt is not there. When asked about anything, first reply would be no, whether it's about a fruit or going for a walk or to visit some place. She has lost interest and doesn't smile. She doesn't know what's going on in her head, what she is thinking, but she has lost interest to do any work. Can't sleep on day time. Worries about everybody's whereabouts, where are they, are they alseep, had food, where will they sleep and. Major concerns food that her children have not eaten anything, what will they do they don't eat even after they had meals. Keeps on repeating same question everyday. Please suggest help. Have been to one physiatrist, been around a month but no results

Invisible. Insignificant. Deep down, have you always felt this way but never understood why? Generally, negative self-perceptions develop as a result of being treated in ways that cause us to feel devalued by significant people in our lives. Therefore the true solution to low self-worth is to apply the healing balm of truth to the wound in your soul in order that your mind will be transformed and your life changed. If you look anywhere other than to God,the God who created you with a purpose and a plan, your view of your own value is in grave danger of being distorted. Before you were ever born, God established your real worth by knowing you, by choosing you, and ultimately by dying for you!
