My mother has been a depression patient since last 10 years. Currently she is on two medicines(Feliz S10 and clonotril). She has been complaining of grainy eyes since forever. She feels like something like sand is there in here eyes all the time. Eye doctors say taht eyes are perfectly fine and suggest It's probably a neurological issue

Feliz S 10 and Clonotril are good choice for treating Depression. Sometimes in depression there may be somatic or nihilistic delusions, means false belief that something bad has happened to her bodily organs or sometimes they do not exist. Here problem is grainy eyes, which may be due to somatic or nihilistic delusions. She might get benefits from adding low dose anti psychotic medications.
But detailed evaluation is needed regarding this symptom. So better consult a good psychiatrist near you.
