Relationship failure and family issues are driving me crazy. No positive thoughts are building up. I get emotional outbursts out of no where. Nothing feel worth anymore. Always in depressed mode. I don't want to be like this. I want to get out of this phase. I am trying hard to distract myself from all these. But my mind run to these thoughts all time. Mood swings at higher frequency rate. People say crying out loud works.. But even after that I don't feel normal. I'm so tired of this already. Please help me reduce my stress, emotional outbursts, mood swings. Please !!

Since how long have you been feeling this way? It is understandable to have such feelings after going through a failed relationship but the duration and severity have to be assessed.
Some short term medicine and therapy can be started.
Please consult a psychiatrist online or in person.
