Hi... It's is okay to feel this way, especially when you have put in so much efforts into something and it didn't turned out well. It is a major set back and I believe you are feeling overwhelmed. It is a natural human response. But what is more important is to have a better understanding of your motivations and aspirations in your given field (finance). At your age we tend to look at things as an absolute. We believe there is a definite structure to everything and if we fail at a primary level, we are likely to fail at higher levels and ultimately in the field as well. But in the real world, structures only provide a foundation, they do not define what someone can become. Finance is one of the most oldest professions and field of knowledge. You need to figure out where do you stand and what you are good at. What is it that comes naturally to you. Learning and managing setbacks is an integral part of performing and growing in the real world.

Have you ever been so afraid of failing at something that you decided not to try it at all?
