First question is what made you take a test on moodpath? Do you have any unusual mood symptoms or any changes in yourselves that prompted you to take the test?
These tests are to be interpreted cautiously and if you do feel different or depressed, it is best to consult an expert in the field (psychiatrist) for a proper evaluation and confirming the diagnosis. They only can then suggest the best treatment for you.
Feeling low, having crying spells, sleep and appetite disturbances, and difficulty in concentration and attention are some of the signs of Depression. Consult a Psychiatrist for a detailed assessment. It is likely with medication and counselings the symptoms will improve. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless consult a Psychiatrist immediately.
