Depression
I think I might be depressed but I'm not sure. I've been told it's just hormones or my menstrual cycle but it's becoming too much to handle now. I'm not intensely sad most of the time but I just feel low or I feel nothing at all. I'm very tired all the time and I'm so bored, nothing makes me happy anymore. Im told I think too negatively. I've felt like this for two years but sometimes it's not as bad. I just want to know if I'm depressed or not.

Hello If its present only during the menstrual cycle i.e. within a week than it could be PMDD. Kindly screen yourself for clinical depression. Do a self rating test of depression like Zung's self rating depression scale which you can easily find online and if its indicative of moderate to severe depression consult a psychiatrist in person for evaluation and treatment.
