Depression
I'm sad most of the times and feel worthless and cry. I'm unable to concentrate on my studies. I don't know if I'm suffering from depression. Neither do I feel like I have the courage to go to psychiatrist. I've had my share of hurting myself physically and also had suicide thoughts.. Please help..
