Hi Thanks for reaching out. You are feeling upset about your work and you are also upset about not fulfilling the needs of your family. You are going through a low phase where you are not happy with how you are performing at work, and you also feel you are letting your family down. You want to go back to feeling happy and you want to enjoy little things in life. It is necessary to know what is causing nonperformance in the workplace. Do you feel you are thriving in a toxic workplace and how do you gel with your colleagues. You are doing the best you can and hence avoid feeling guilty about not satisfying your family. It seems like you are concerned about the opinion of people at work and family members. You can think of focusing on yourself and doing what is good for you. Consult a psychologist and explain about your performance at work and family life. A psychologist will guide you on how you can manage anxiety and feel calm. A psychologist will also guide you on how you can improve focus. With the help of counselling sessions, you can come out of the low phase that you are going through.
