So,anger is the main thing which u cant handle.Handle worse situation or deal the bad conditions is an art.U have to learn it. People can learn it from observing some one or can read books about it or can watch videos about it or can learn from psychologist's. U may choose any one. But u have to control ur emotions. Anger, anxiety, irritability etc are must be controlled unless we had a bad pictures of self in society. Consult psychologist Online or offline immediately and take help.Ur past history evaluation also needed to know why there is anger and less tolerance power like - childhood abuse, relationship prpblems, career problems, financial problems, longlasting griefs etc. Best wishes.

Feeling low, having crying spells, sleep and appetite disturbances, and difficulty in concentration and attention are some of the signs of Depression. Consult a Psychiatrist for a detailed assessment. It is likely with medication and counselings the symptoms will improve. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless consult a Psychiatrist immediately.
