I do help my mom business 9am - 2pm,i take rest for 2 hrs after come back home ,by evening i do my house chores.after done with all the work when i sit ideal i feel crying everytime.i feel like want to disappear everyday,feel like am doing nothing in life.why do i feel this way,sometimes i suddenly feel like crying

From my side, apart from daily work and chores, indulge into some physical exercise, do some creative leisure work of your choice and do meditation. Take walks. Also get your full body blood check up done.
