Depression
I am very much depressed with my career.I always think about my past and cry also loose temper at times.I can't have a good sleep and mostly wake up 3-4times.When I am very much tensed or depressed I feel breathlessness and had to take medicine.Sometimes I even have serious headaches and chest pain.I feel helpless to cope up with smaller problems and start shouting at people and my behavior changes.I can't think positive.Even I don't feel like eating.Kindly suggest.

Dear Practo User, It’s good you have identified your source of stress. See if you can change your profession. Do something that you enjoy. Or bring some fun and challenging aspect in your career. That will keep you motivated in your work. Also whenever you go in your room past and feel like crying, try bringing yourself in present by engaging yourself in some work or hobby. This will hopefully make you feel better. Once you start feeling better, work on managing your anger. Try meditation. It will help you take calm down. Also think of alternate ways of expressing their anger. If you are still facing some difficulties in expressing yourself in a calmer manner, then pls visit a psychologist who will help you in the same.
