Depression
I am suffering from depression for last 4 years or more. I want to cure it. I am at the lowest point in my life. Nothing is happening right with even though i try so hard. No one understands me. Its constant. I am loosing everything day by day and my hope also. I am trusting on wrong people constantly. This is making me worse. I feel alone. I have no emotional support. I feel lonely all the time. I just hate selfish people around me. I need help.

Loss of interest, decreased concentration and attention, feeling low and disturbed sleep or appetite are some of the signs of depression. Consult a psychiatrist who will assess you in detail. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless, seek professional help immediately. Try some relaxation techniques like yoga, meditation and deep breathing. Indulge in hobbies. Spend time with people close to you.

Hi. I can understand what you must be going through. Depression is definitely a very troublesome disorder. However, the good news is that it is amenable to treatment. You need to consult a psychiatrist and get yourself evaluated completely. With adequate treatment in form of medications and psychotherapy, you will soon recover and start feeling better.
