Depression
Hi, i am a student and it's being 7 month when i left my job i started to focus on my study, my problem is that i am very emotional by nature, even more then womens. How do i stop over thinking about my past, its makes me weaker everyday and can't focus on my study. I tried most of the things like make myself busy, reading positive thinking novels, outing, workouts, adventure, but few part of my past never let me go forward. My few friends says "with that emotional nature you can't survive here" i wanna make myself strong. Help me please

Hi, For your emotional dependency I old wish to ask you whether you were the only child or unatt5child during your childhood. We're you pampered a lot or in short of it. Those answers would give you a lot of meaning about yourself Also if possible take an expert advise like family counsellor in your city nearby to your place. You may have to visit a counsellor for at least 3 sessions to find your root cause and overcome it once for all. Take care.

Hello... It's not a one day process ... You should practice repeatedly...be conscious on your emotions... Avoid emotional situations... Try to accept everything as natural process.....Mingle with those who are strong by nature ....if you need counselling you can consult doctor .. But need 3-4 sittings...
