Loosing mother is not easy. I can understand your feelings and your situation. Sometimes forgetting the event is not possible and will be more difficult if we have a close relationship with our mother. Just please think for a min, if your mother was in front of you, she could see you in this situation??? So please try to find a solution for your happiness as I know, she worries about you and your health! You are important than anybody in this world...
Next Steps
Visit and consult with a psychologist/therapist...definitely you will find best ways to face this challenge.

Hi Ishita... There is everything to help you out in this crisis. You have lost a loved one and still carrying that pain in your heart. Death of a loved one is hard to bear for anyone, but in some cases, it triggers the already existing issues in a person's subconscious mind making him/her trapped in a 'negative triad'. Where they tend to think and feel that everything that has happened has been bad, everything that is happening is worse and everything that is going to happen in future will be much worse. Their mind gets trapped in a pessimistic outlook towards life where there is no room for light. But again this also a perception. No one can change what has happened but with the help of a therapist you can bring back your control over your thoughts and emotions and your mood. A therapist can help you rearrange your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours to better accept and deal with your loss.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychologist. CBT along with Lifestyle Guidance and Grief Counselling is required.

I hear your pain Ishita. It must be extremely difficult to cope with a parent's death at such a young age. Through counseling, you will be able to process these heavy emotions. Remember to take it one day at a time and one step at a time. I am willing to help you through that.
