Depression and Vitamin D
I am feeling tired, Un motivated, difficulty in concentration, feeling sleepy in work place, sleep difficulty and symptoms of depression and anxiety. I am a software professional so have added stress at work. I did a priventive check up and found low vitamin D 15 ng/ml and Vitamin B12 of 297 pg/ml hemoglobin iron and calcium are fine. I snore loud and feel unfulfilled sleep but never wake in between. My wife reports me having wiggling movement during sleep. My question is my symptoms due to depression caused by Vitamin D or may be due to sleep apnea? To improve my Vitamin levels what meds should I take and is antidepressants needed
