In modern medicine to treat mental disorder s,medicine have to taken by patients through out the life. But if u consult a psychologist and go for counselling sessions then ur mental stability become increased.U learn how to deal anxiety and depression by psychotherapy. Then medicine may be reduced in doses and may be stopped. Proper medicine, good nutritious food, good supplement, workout or yoga, good mental health-u have to combine this all to cure a mental disorder. Best wishes...
