Depression and insomnia

Asked for Male, 40 Years

Dear doc am 40 years old single male due to some reason got addicted to alprazolam tab and now i want to get rid from this but after stopping the alprazolam i am facing varios after effect problems like no sleep mood disorder IBS indigestion no sleep please help me to get rid from this
