Depression
After my father's date she has never been to anywhere. She confined herself to fourwall from last 7 years. Now, she has made her mind that everyone is against her, she doubts everyone.
Sometimes she starts fight with our neighbors. We have not good relationship with our neighbors as we have some legal dispute with them.
Day by day her problem is getting worse because she thinks everyone wants to hurt her.
I think she is in under depression.

Hello,
You may be correct that this is a presentation of depression, however other illnesses with similar presentation like late onset psychosis, delusional disorder, dementia etc will need to be evaluated. Hence please visit a psychiatrist near you for comprehensive assessment and treatment. The assessment will include a detailed history of symptoms, interview of the patient, some blood tests, psychological investigation as per need and possibly imaging like MRI.
However the first step is to seek a consultation. Please do not hesitate or delay in seeking help as delay can lead to complications.
