Depressed?
I feel sad and fatigued all time. Am I under depression? Is there any way of self diagnosis? Also I am not able to control my sleep despite all my efforts.

It's always better to see a psychologist and take the tests. And taking support quickly will help you and make treatment faster. You can check self administered inventory for depression.
Next Steps
See a psychologist / if required a psychiatrist
Health Tips
Beck's depression Inventory can be helpful and is available on internet but I recommend that you visit a psychologist and take a test. http://www.hr.ucdavis.edu/asap/pdf_files/beck_depression_inventory.pdf
