Usually at evening times in office or in home and at weekend evenings I feel depressed. And have a very bad or low feel. Sometimes heart beat rises. And after 1 or 2 hours it gets regularised.

To be depressed sometimes and depression in mental health is two different things.
Since it often happens in the evening, do you think it is feeling tiered physically or mental stress?
