Dental throat issue
After wisdom tooth removal had swelling all over left side of my face neck and difficulty opening the mouth ,chewing and swallowing at same side and hardness of cervical node just below the extraction site but after 15 days was feeling ok but there was issue when a bone spur appear I visited to dentist in aiims they given me anesthesia and removed it after that problem rise again problem in opening the mouth when try to open mouth pain in my throat back of the tongue and ear even when I am walking pain near ear jaw muscle my submandibular gland swelling still after 2 months I am facing the issue .... Endoscopy done nothing found cect done which is gone RC discussion because the report of the ct says ( Well-defined small homogenously enhancing round to oval soft tissue density mass lesion involving the left buccal mucosa and inferior gingiva-buccal sulcus with maintained surrounding fat planes. ) but both dentist and ent specialist said there is no problem in buccel mucosa or any thing
