Hi,
There could be various reasons for sensitivity in ur teeth. Most common cause of sensitivity is abrasion or erosion of teeth, which if in initial stages, will be benefited by use of desensitizing tooth pastes ( thermoseal RA is a desensitizing tooth paste).
But various gum infections (periodontitis), or any tooth infection such as caries or advanced abrasion or erosion which have infected the nerves of teeth( pulp), may also cause sensitivity initially, which will not be subsided by the use of any desensitizing tooth pastes.
thus u need to show to any skilled dentist to get a proper diagnosis and treatment of your problem..
