2 year ago my sister going through RCT for 4 teeth of upper jaw, and and that 4 teeth covered by Dental cover. Recently the cap of one teeth was broken. Now does She have to change the 4 teeth cap. If have change what will be approximate cost ?

If all your 4 crowns are joined together then you need to change all 4. If they are all separate then change only the broken crown.
