- Bleeding gums can occur because of several problems like Gingivitis, Infection in a tooth or the gum or brushing too hard. - If you have a toothache and that particular tooth is bleeding so I would suggest you visit a nearby dentist and get the required treatment done. - Meanwhile, you can start up with warm saline rinses (3-4 times daily) and can take Tab Ketorol - DT on SOS basis (dissolve 2 tablets in approx 5ml water ).
