Sometimes if caries are deep, and filling done on it, it can cause problems. Need a x ray to know the extent of problem. Warm saline water rinses two to three times a day, use mouthwash and try to maintain good oral hygiene by brushing twice a day. Still have queries then you can consult me online or offline for better guidance and treatment options.
