they are almost the best option avaiable for replacement of missing tooth can be done immediately in some cases but might have to wait after extraction (if indicated) for healing in some cases. first visit a dentist and see what can be done with the existing tooth if not salvagable only then you should consider extraction and implants
Hello sir , if the tooth is decayed firstly the tooth needs to be evaluated as to if it can be filled or root canal treatment can be done. Extraction is only the last resort. Implants and bridges are good option after extraction. However for implant placement there certain parameter which needs to be checked and then only implant could be placed.
Decayed tooth can be restored by fillings or root canal treatment...wen d tooth is extracted, implants r placed after dat...but using need t extract d tooth,u can save it by filling or root canal
Decayed tooth can be filled or root canal treated,
If the tooth is not in that stage where we can save it then u can always have treatment choice of implant for replacement of extracted tooth.it might cost u from 20 k to 30kfor single implant app
Do you have an x-ray of the decayed tooth????
I am asking this because with the modern concepts it is possible to save even some of the badly damaged teeth. And saving a tooth from extraction is always preferred modality over replacing a missing tooth.
Otherwise dental implants are technically the best modality of teeth replacement because they achieve Anchorage from within the bone and also do not depend upon the adjacent teeth for support.
Regards.
