Dental fluorisis
After consultation from 2 doctors, I have found out that I have dental fluorosis.
The stains on my teeth are of a deeper yellow shade, and towards the inner teeth, they almost look like cavities.

For cosmetic treatment plan the teeth surfaces need to be clinically evaluated. Various options would be crowns / veneers/ teeth whitening but it all depends after your thorough clinical consultation.
