Dental crown for smile designing
I have crowns on my front 4 teeth for smile designing. Is there a chance of sensitivity issue? Should I do root canals before hand? What are the chances that the teeth inside might get damaged?

Sensitivity may occur but a good luting agent can minimise it. Also depends on how much crown preparation is done. Crowns can be given on vital tooth.
