Dental bridge lifespan
Can I expect for dental bridge on front upper 4 teeth consisting of two Pontic in middle and one abutment on each side last for about 20+ years without dislodging if I take care of it properly and don't bite with them?

Hello sir... yes sir the dental bridge last for many years if you follow all the precautions of not biting in front ... the only thing is you need to maintain good oral hygiene to prevent food lodgement underneath the pontic....if the pontic gets loose in that mean period you need to re cement that by visiting nearby dentists ....

Implants are a better option at your age.. Bridge can last for a good period but lots of precautions to b followed . Most importantly quality of work is the key factor...

Looks difficult, because in just 20 yrs u have lost 2 natural teeth and how can you expect lifespan of artificial teeth for 20 yrs

You is just 20 yrs now, this is first concern matter, If u got 4 unit bridge on front teeth , pontic space always be a problem, food always lodge here, Dear if u can afford I recamend u for implant 2 implants on missing teeth space will gave u mere esthetic look.
