Avoid hard and crunchy food like dry fruits, apple, guava, pears, peanuts, pani puris and stuff like that. Brush twice daily. Rinse your mouth with water and/or mouthwash after each meals. Use dental floss and interdental brushes for cleaning unapproachable areas.
