Hello,My dengue NS1 ANTIGEN IS NEGETIVE, Dengue- IgG IS .98 UNITS but Dengue IgM is 22.5 units what does positve IgM means when NS1 and IgG is negetive

Hi! It means that you have Dengue virus in the body. And now your bodies is fighting against the viral antigen by producing antibodies of IgM type. IgM is a short term antibodies which means the infection has occurred very recently. When it becomes IgG type of antibodies meaning the infection is there since past many days.
Next Steps
Just get your complete blood count (for platelets) done; look for the trend. If it is going lower than 1 lacs or you have any signs of bleeding then you may require admission. Till then hydrate yourself, eat healthy diet and take rest
