Dengue - Blood in Vomit
Hello,
Today is the 4th day from of the dengue fever. I started taking meds on day 3. I feel okay in general, with some pain in body.
I haven't felt nauseas so far.
I vomitted a while back for the first time and some blood was in it. Does the current treatment take care of it or should I act on it urgently.
Meds I am taking -
1. Uplat
2. Dolo 650 - paracetamol
3. Gasoc Dm capsule

U need to get ur platelet count checked. Platelet count decreases in dengue fever. U might need platelet transfusion
