We got her LFT done in which SGOT is 286 SPGT is 271 and GAMMA GT is 87. Her fever was around 104°F in the initial 3days but is normal now. We are giving her lots of fluids and she is passing urine regularly. Please advise what should be done. Are the liver reports normal ?

This kind of LFT report is expected in dengue fever due to mild hepatitis which resolves on it's own.Do repeat LFT after a week and if it shows downward trend then nothing to worry. If child shows any symptoms with rising LFT then consult pediatrician.
