Hello, I went through your query, your blood test and platelet count suggest you have current dengue infection and your platelet count is below normal range. Admission to hospital depends on your clinical condition (weakness, fever, not taking food, dehydration, blood pressure ) and rate of falling platelets. You need to have regular platelets counts done either daily or twice a day. Treatment of dengue is mainly supportive (with paracetamol plans fluids) Increasing platelets counts suggest recovering from dengue. Please follow your doctors advice.
