dont worry its perfectly normal for u to have low platelet count when u have dengue. it will slowly improve. have papaya leaf extract juice it will help increase platelet count. make sure you are hydrated.
consult ur doctor and talk to him about platelet enhancing tablet or syrup if its necessary
In dengue there is a fall of platelets. I would advise you to drink papaya leaf juice daily and check your platelet count every 2 days, when it becomes normal you can stop drinking the juice. Keep an eye for any bleeding from gums or anywhere else and if it is present visit the nearest casualty.
