Monitor WBC and platelets every 3 days so as to know the status of the dengue. Continue treatment with antipyretics. Do tepid sponging regularly when the fever rises to more than 100*F, keep the child well hydrated(Aim at drinking atleast 2 liters of water). If the condition persists or worsens visit your treating doctor at the earliest.
