Dengue NS1 Antigen
My father is infected with Dengue NS1 Antigen. His Platelet count has decreased from 130k to 75k to 27k in last 3 days. His body temperature is close to normal @ 97.5F and he is feeling better than last 3 days. He wasn't feeling like eating anything for last 3 days but he had 1 light meal today. Also we have been giving him kiwi, papaya leaves juice, coconut water. His medication is Carpril, Calpol, Lumerax. Is there a need for hospitalization or will the platelet count increase if we continue medication and the diet? Please help.
