Delayed union tibial shaft fracture
22months back my tibial bone communicated open type fracture, with muscle loss. Immediately docters done muscle flap and Antibiotic bone cement placed in and around the fracture fragment's. After 3months they planed ilizaro fixation and bone graft, but they can't completely removed previously placed antibiotic bone cement. Now bone cement is present in the bone marrow space of the distal fracture fragment of tibia. Now can I walk with out support also. But bone takes time for growth hard calus.

Without looking at x-rays it is difficult to comment. If the bone cement has been placed instead of bone then union of bone or growth of bone is difficult.
Please upload x-rays for better opinion.
