My 4 and half year old son does not speak well rarely make sentences and cannot write the alphabets without assistance.The neurologist examined him n an EEG was done after 3 seizures at monthly intervals and and concluded there was no problem that he probably won't had a fall ay a tender age. He walked at almost 2 years, He understands n can do whatever he is asked to do.Make sentences like i want to eat or weeewee.He has not had seizures in 2 years after those 3.He is on tegretol

Hi. Pls take your son for a speech assessment test and you give him speech therapy. It will helpful for him. Do as soon as possible. Speech will develop soon. Dont worry.
