Delayed periods stress for pregnancy
Hello doctor, I am 18 years old. My last period started on 23rd March. I have PCOS, so my periods are usually irregular, but this time I'm worried. Around 20th April, I had an intimate moment with my partner — just outer rubbing, no penetration, and no ejaculation inside. But I’m still anxious. Since then, I’ve been experiencing bloating, light lower belly pain (dull), and white discharge (sometimes watery or sticky). No bleeding, no vomiting, no breast tenderness. I haven't taken any emergency contraceptive and I'm under a lot of stress. Could this delay be just due to PCOS and stress? Or should I be concerned about pregnancy? Please help. I'm very worried.

Chances of pregnancy is less but not zero. If by 30th there's no periods,  do a urine pregnancy test and then proceed thereafter.
