Delayed periods
My periods have been delayed by 7 days now. I took 2 pregnancy tests but both turned out to be negative. Could you plz tell me the reason I'm facing this problem? Could it be because of my diet because last one month I've been a little high on fast food.

You could have Hormonal imbalance which could be due to stress, pcod.
You should see your gynecologist. Detail evaluation is required including usg and your gynecologist will give you medicine dor withdrawal bleeding.
