My periods are delayed by 4 days and sometimes I have thick white discharge which is of no odour is that normal

Hello..The period may be delayed from 4 to 7 days. Its considered normal.
Thick discharge white will not cause problems.
If it changes colours or odour visit a gynaecologist

Yes the discharge is normal.
Periods duration varies sometimes up and down.
That is also ok.

just maintain proper menstrual hygeine as well as personal hygeine and avoid eating too spicy during cycles.
