If you are sexually active then do pregnancy test either by urine or blood.Bhcg is blood test and confirmatory also.If comes negative means no pregnancy then take tablet for withdrawal bleeding.

In case if u r sexually active, rule of pregnancy first ..
If u r not suspecting pregnancy take medicine for withdrawal...
