Hi. As your pregnancy test is negative and you r not getting your periods , meet gyn. Its mostly due to stress only which gives delayed periods. You can take medicines for periods to happen. Do blood test for pregnancy once before taking medicines.

Hello,
First of all, relax. Stress is a vital factor of delayed or missed periods. Also, missed or irregular period and sudden weight gain indicates PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome). You should better visit a gynecologist in person and get yourself evaluated for PCOS and seek proper treatment to get relief from PCOS. Eat a healthy diet and do regular exercise for healthy body weight.
Hi, clearly your weight gain and emotional stress seems to be responsible for this amenorrhea. Settle down your emotion by Yoga and meditation, reduce your weight by observing healthy diet. And if you are stressed due to delay in period, temporary solution is progesterone withdrowal after consulting good Gynecologist.
