Delayed periods
Hello
Am 36 years old and i never had delayed or mussed period till date, my cycle is usually of 24 to 26 days.
This time i did miss my period i took pregnancy test which was negative with Beta HCG 0.28.
What could be the possible cause and what is to be done. I always have this feeling of being full especially in evenings.
