Please consult with a Specialist in Infertility in your area. Four years is too long a time to wait for a second Pregnancy. Your age is also catching up.
You should appreciate that the problems for which patients take treatment for years , should not be made to look so trivial that it can be treated by one odd question on Tele-consultation.
