My periods are quiet on time (hardly 3 -4 days usually gets delayed)
But this time it's been 10 days (last period date was 26th December) and I haven't got my period yet.was expecting it by 1st February
Last month I started with yoga and eating more cool stuff like curd cucumber etc.
Is that the reason my periods are getting delayed?
What can I do naturally to induce period
Also i am unmarried with no chance of pregnancy
